Volunteers Needed

Please plan to help us in one of these capacities to ensure the race is a success!

Camp Registration:
We need 1 person to help groups register upon arrival at camp Friday night. We also need help checking groups out as they depart on Sunday.

Traffic Control:
We need 3 people to direct incoming vehicles to help keep things moving smoothly. We will also need your help at check-out on Sunday. If you have your own walkie-talkie, it's a bonus.

Campfire:
We need at least 2 people to plan and lead a formal campfire on both Friday and Saturday nights.

Security:
We need 8 people to be on patrol at the campsite overnight. Knowledge of the area is helpful. If you have your own walkie-talkie, it's a bonus.

Race Marshalls:
We will need 5 people to verify that all safety gear is in place before participants enter the docking area, leave on the bike route and that bikes are racked properly before the run.

Water Marshalls:
We need 10 people (5 pairs) of skilled canoeists with first aid skills to direct traffic in the water and provide emergency response to teams in trouble. If you have your own canoe or walkie-talkie, it's a bonus.

Bike Marshalls:
We need at least 30 people to direct bike traffic and ensure safe crossings at all intersections.

Run Marshalls:
We need at least 12 people to direct runners and ensure safe crossings at all intersections.

Aid Stations:
We need 4 people to provide water to runners.

First Aiders:
We need 2 first aiders skilled in blisters, band-aids etc!

Support Crew:
We need 2 kitchen helpers and 8 drivers to prepare and deliver lunch to the volunteers on Saturday.
